Carl and
Gail's daughter Lisa, has been associated
with Eagle, Realtors as the office manager
since April 1999. Lisa grew up in the
real estate industry. Lisa obtained
her Texas Real Estate Salesman's license in
September of 1999. She obtained her Broker's
License in 2003.
She is the key support person for Eagle, Realtors.
Lisa is responsible for the input of MLS data
used by Realtors and the public. She
is jointly responsible for the day to day
operation of the office and facilities.
Lisa is an expert on HUD homes and the sales
and marketing of the HUD homes in the Houston
area. She is our expert on the Officer
and Teacher next door program. She holds
a Texas Broker's license. She is obtaining her certification as
a small woman owned business for her
corporation.
Lisa also
is very knowledgeable in property management
and handles the leasing and management for
a wide variety of investors. Lisa gives the
same level of service whether it is in the
sale or purchase of a $500,000 home or the
leasing of a $500 per month condominium.
